The Great Britain Girl: Oxford

At the moment I'm lying in my bed being ill so I thought that I could tell you a bit about places that I have visited lately.

Anyway about a week ago I went to Oxford with another Finnish exchange student, Peppi. The beginning of the trip didn't really go as planned since we were suppose to catch our bus 10.05am but then they said that the bus is 1,5h late... Well we decided to go to a cafe to spend that extra time that we had and when we got back we found out that the bus was another 30min late... If we would've left at 10.05am we would've had like about 6h over there but we ended up having only 3,5h in Oxford. Well to be honest there wasn't really a lot to do except to walk around so I don't think we would've needed more time haha.

So basically we just walked around the university and the centre and because a photo tells more than a 1000 words I'm just going to show you some of them.

We found a really cute sweetshop as well but it was quite expensive so I didn't buy anything.

A park that was closed for some reason so I just had to take a pic from the gate haha

All the colleges in Oxford were also really really nice and I really wish I could've gone to a college like that!

The weather was really nice during the whole day so we decided to buy something to eat and sit next to some kind of statue and listen to a guy who was playing guitar and singing and really well as well!
